Application Privacy Notice
Thank you for your interest in participating in Maxon’s Beta Program.
In connection with your application for the Beta Program, Maxon and its affiliated entities (“Maxon”) will process the personal information you provide during the application process.
Participation in the Beta Program is entirely voluntary. By submitting an application, you consent to Maxon processing your personal data for the purposes of assessing your eligibility for the Beta Program. Maxon collects this information in order to identify and select the most suitable candidates for participation.
Personal Data Processed
At the time of your application to the Beta Program, the following personal data may be processed:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- Date of birth
- Any additional information you choose to provide in the application questionnaire
Legal Basis
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in connection with the Beta Program application is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as participation is based solely on your voluntary consent.
Data Sharing & Retention
Maxon will not share the personal data collected during your Beta Program application with third parties.
If you are not selected to participate as a beta tester, your data will be deleted or anonymized one year after your application, unless a legal retention obligation applies or it is required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. If you are selected to participate as a beta tester, your personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Beta Program and in accordance with applicable laws.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR by contacting [email protected].
