Zweck der Videoüberwachung und Rechtsgrundlage
Die Videoüberwachung erfolgt zur Sicherung der Büroräume vor unautorisiertem physischem Zugriff sowie zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.
Rechtsgrundlage der Videoüberwachung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Das berechtigte Interesse des Verantwortlichen an der Videoüberwachung ergibt sich aus dem oben genannten Zweck.
Empfänger Ihrer Daten
Eine Weitergabe der Daten erfolgt grundsätzlich nicht.
