What's New

This spring, we’re making the tools included in Maxon One more accessible than ever before, allowing artists to create anywhere they feel inspired. Cinema 4D, ZBrush, and Red Giant in Adobe hosts are now available on Windows on Arm (WoA), bringing professional 3D and editing tools to a broader range of portable devices. Additionally, Cinema 4D receives a new Fabric brush ideal for shaping soft materials and will be coming to iPad with a mobile-first interface. And we’re proud to introduce Autograph to the Maxon One ecosystem as an innovative compositing application made for the modern motion designer - free for individuals.

Autograph

Autograph is a stand-alone 2D/3D motion graphics and VFX/compositing application to create stunning animations, text, scenes, and more. It ensures motion graphics, animation, and visual effects projects can flow naturally from concept to final frame. With native support for Universe and Red Giant OFX tools as well as third-party OpenFX plugins, Autograph introduces a complete toolset for crafting expressive animation with raster and vector graphics. This provides a unified space for motion designers where layout, animation, and compositing can work together.

Cinema 4D

This spring, we’re expanding Cinema 4D to more platforms than ever before, empowering artists to create wherever inspiration strikes. Cinema 4D is now available for Windows on Arm (WoA) and will be soon coming to iPad. Cinema 4D on WoA aims to bring professional 3D tools to portable devices, making them more adaptable to modern workflows. Optimized for touch workflows, Cinema 4D for iPad will deliver core 3D modeling and design capabilities in a streamlined, mobile-first interface. Plus, Cinema 4D 2026.2 introduces a new Fabric brush and more.

Red Giant

Red Giant offers the most powerful set of tools for editors and compositors to easily add everything from titles to visual effects directly in the host apps they love, like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Resolve. With its exciting introduction to the Maxon family, Autograph now supports all of Red Giant’s OFX plugins. Red Giant’s latest addition, Depth Generator, now boasts a Render to Comp feature that trims both processing loads and friction in the creative flow. To ensure Maxon continues to meet you where you work, Red Giant is now available for Windows on Arm (WoA) devices for Adobe After Effects and Premiere.

Redshift

Redshift 2026.5.0 introduces Texture Displacement support for Cinema 4D’s Texture tag, which was a top request from Cinema 4D users after the release of Texture Displacement in December. This allows for user-favorite material projection options to work with Redshift’s new Texture Displacement, aligning it with the native tag workflow Cinema 4D users frequently rely on. The new Night sky for Redshift’s Sun and Sky system is now available in all DCCs and provides an accurate moon and stars. OpenPBR is now set as the default material for Redshift in Cinema 4D and the Material Menu has been cleaned up. And this release brings Spanish translation support for Redshift, helping users who prefer to work in their native language.

ZBrush

ZBrush continues to evolve on desktop and iPad, making it easier to fit into your workflow. With native support for Windows on Arm (WoA), you can sculpt on the go, even on portable devices. A new Substance Bridge lets you move from sculpt to texture in one click, while updated GoZ support keeps things smooth with the latest Maya and 3ds Max. On iPad, custom hotkeys can now be saved, shared, and brought into desktop ZBrush.
