Submit your application. If your skills and experience align with what we're looking for, we'll reach out to you. Keep an eye on your email!

Your first call will be with one of our HR Business Partners or Recruiters. This introductory video call is an opportunity for us to learn about you, your career aspirations and discuss how Maxon can help you achieve them.

In the second round, you'll have a more in-depth interview with your potential future manager. This is your chance to demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and motivation to join our team. This is also an opportunity for you to gain deeper insights into Maxon, the team structure, work environment, and the manager's leadership style. Use this time to ask questions and evaluate whether the role and team aligns with your career goals and personal values.

In the third round, you'll speak with one or more members of the team. This will give you a better understanding of the day-to-day work and culture at Maxon, and you'll meet some of your potential future colleagues!

When needed, we may schedule an extra call if we have further questions, if more team members need to get to know you, or if you would like more information.

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete an assessment or case study anytime during the interview process. This helps us understand how you think and approach problems. We’ll inform you early on about any additional materials we’ll need.

If everything goes well, your HR Business Partner will contact you with an offer to join our team!

We’ll take care of all the necessary steps to onboard you smoothly. Your first day and the following months will be designed to ensure a successful start at Maxon!
