Meeting and exceeding our customer needs is a challenge that we meet on a daily basis. To help us meet future challenges we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our growing team.

What you will do:

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

What we are looking for:

  • Proven working experience in project management and knowledge of Agile methodology and framework
  • Experience with Atlassian project management tools (Jira, Confluence); additional knowledge on
    Project Management tools (MS Project, Clarity etc.) is a plus
  • Develop and maintain project plan and schedule utilizing corporate standard PM software
  • Ability to lead and influence team in adopting the agile principles
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • High organizational talent, communication capabilities and team orientation and capability to deal with intercultural issues,
  • Independent work method responsibility & ownership
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
