Channel Sales Account Manager APAC (India)(m/f/d)

  • Shibuya-ku Tokyo, Japan

What you will do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for our partners in the assigned region (India), addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, helping them understand the company’s products, services, and partner programs.
  • Provide training materials and resources and deliver training sessions to ensure partners are knowledgeable about the company’s products or services.
  • Offer support during the sales process, including delivering appropriate sales presentations and organizing product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and manage regular reports on partner sales performance, renewal targets and progress towards goals.
  • Assist in partner deal registration and provide weekly tracking deal status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partners have the resources they need.

What we are looking for:

  • 2 - 4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or a high tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes and channel partner dynamics.
  • Working experience with Indian partners is preferred

 

Salary Range*
¥ 7,300,000 - 8,500,000 OTE (on-target earnings)
