Channel Sales Account Manager (DACH) (m/f/d)

What you will do:
- Serve as the primary contact for our partners in the assigned region (DACH), addressing their needs and concerns
- Drive sales growth by developing and executing joint business plans with partners
- Participate in implementation of strategic plans to achieve sales targets through channel partners
- Actively recruit new partners in the region, leading their onboarding process and helping them understand the company’s products, services, and partner programs
- Provide training materials and resources and deliver training sessions to ensure partners are knowledgeable about the company’s products or services
- Offer support during the sales process, including delivering appropriate sales presentations and organizing product demonstrations
- Prepare and manage regular reports on partner sales performance, renewal targets and progress towards goals
- Assist in partner deal registration and provide weekly tracking deal status
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partners have the resources they need
What we are looking for:
- 2-4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS or a high-tech environment
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes and channel partner dynamics
- Working experience with DACH partners is required
- Proficiency in English and German, for both written and verbal communication with partners
