CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do:

This is a rare opportunity to join a passionate, international team at a pivotal moment as we build out our Customer Lifecycle Marketing function from the ground up. You'll have real ownership, high visibility, and direct impact on how we grow and retain a global community of artists and makers. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of Maxon's campaign engine. You will be responsible for building, running, and optimising CLM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle acquisition, retention, and reactivation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You'll work directly with the CLM Lead as a strategic sparring partner, contributing to roadmap planning while owning day-to-day campaign execution end-to-end.

In detail this means:

  • Own end-to-end campaign management in Salesforce Marketing Cloud from brief to build to deployment
  • Build and maintain always-on automated journeys across onboarding, conversion, retention, win-back, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage audience segmentation using SQL and dynamic content logic, delivering personalised communications at scale, contributing to lifecyle segmentation strategy and ongoing optimisation recommendations
  • Build and QA HTML/CSS email templates, ensuring cross-client rendering and brand consistency
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests and translate results into actionable improvements
  • Own the campaign operations infrastructure, maintain the cross functional campaign planning calendar, JIRA ticket templates, SLA workflows and content repositories
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CLM Lead on campaign planning, roadmap input, and performance reviews

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in a subscription, SaaS, or eCommerce environment
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions
  • Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email template development and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of SQL for segmentation, data pulls, and audience management
  • Proven experience running end-to-end automated campaigns independently
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and translating it into action
  • Proven experience setting up and orchestrating multi-channel campaigns in SFMC, including data architecture and channel logic across email and additional channels such as push notifications or SMS
  • Experience with Power BI, Looker, or similar dashboarding tools
  • High attention to detail and strong QA discipline - you catch errors before they go live
  • Strong communication skills in English (German would be a plus)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AMPscript or SFMC scripting for dynamic personalisation
  • Familiarity with consent compliance, opt-in frameworks, and GDPR-adjacent data practices

Salary Range*:
EUR 62,000 – 74,000 annually
