What you will do:
Experience & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field
- 3–6+ years' experience in marketing app or web analytics
- Deep, hands-on experience owning GA4 tagging, event taxonomy, and conversion frameworks
- Strong understanding of tagging, events, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with Databricks or similar modern analytics platforms
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Solid understanding of funnels, attribution, experimentation, and marketing metrics
- Experience acting as a system owner or primary point of accountability for analytics configuration in a production environment
Soft Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Comfortable working closely with marketing stakeholders
- Able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, curious, and accountable
