What you will do:
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our EMEA sales organization. In this role you will leverage your self-starter mindset, channel sales skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to enable our partner ecosystem to deliver superb Maxon solutions to our customers. You will work with the diverse sales organization, build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, expand geographically, contribute to the GTM strategy to boost performance, and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical partner business plans that align with Maxon's goals to accelerate channel business growth
- Drive indirect channel sales, ensuring that these plans effectively address both short-term and long-term objectives, align with partner needs and capabilities, and fulfill performance expectations
- Develop a go-to-market plan and sales execution tactics, lead partner pipeline reviews, and coach partners to refine their sales strategies
- Facilitate collaboration between partners and the Maxon sales organization to meet revenue targets, working with your partners on top opportunities, following the Maxon sales process and methodology
- Manage your partners' performance with Maxon and be accountable for maintaining regular interactions with management, sales, and delivery teams to identify and resolve execution blockers and achieve aligned goals
- Drive the adoption, usage, and performance of programs and investments that contribute to channel sales
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with partners to create mutually beneficial account plans and reach strategic alignment and growth
- Lead the integration of capability and capacity plans for your partners, utilizing a mix of sales and technical training to upskill them
- Represent partners to Maxon stakeholders and lead the resolution of complex and urgent escalations
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of partner management, channel development, channel sales, alliances and partners, with a primary focus on the markets of Germany, France, Middle East and / or the UK
- Demonstrated success in channel value selling, including generating and managing pipelines through the partner ecosystem, accurately forecasting, and consistently meeting or exceeding channel sales goals
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate business and technical topics clearly and accurately. Proficiency in German or French is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
