Account Manager DACH (m/f/d)
- Location: Bad Homburg (Metropolitan Area Frankfurt), Germany
What you will do:
Account Management responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, nurturing, and expanding the company´s relationships within existing accounts to maximize revenue, and a track record of success meeting and beating quota. Account Managers collaborate and build trust across internal and customer stakeholders, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As Account Manager:
- You will be responsible for selling to a dedicated set of customer accounts across a variety of industry sectors in the DACH and Central Europe areas
- You manage the end-to-end sales process, coordinating several sales cycles simultaneously
- You will build relationships through regular engagement across creative and technical departments, providing customers with a clear understanding of our product value and competitive advantages
- You will collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to extend sales reach and drive product adoption
- Minimal business travel or work outside the office required
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in software or technology Sales and Account Management, with a demonstrable track record of success achieving/exceeding quota
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Motivated individual with an execution focus, the ability to organize a high-volume of activity, and a strong sense of urgency on behalf of the customer
- Business curiosity and problem solving skills to collaboratively find solutions to customer challenges and earn trust
- Global mindset, comfortable working with cross-regional, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in a high-growth environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience selling to, or working in, the Media & Entertainment industry is a plus
