What you will do:
- Responsible for selling Maxon products to customers across a variety of industry sectors in assigned territory, industry or accounts
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, coordinating several sales cycles simultaneously
- This role focuses on acquiring new customers with a clear focus on subscription licenses and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers
- Responsible for carrying a quota for the assigned territory/accounts
- Build relationships through regular engagement across creative and technical departments, providing customers with a clear understanding of the product portfolio to explain the value and competitive advantages of Maxon’s products
- Collaborate and build trust among internal and customer stakeholders
- This role sells primarily via phone, email, video, social media messaging and other electronic means. Occasional customer visits or industry tradeshow events may also be recommended
- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities
- May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with inbound sales leads in assigned territory
- Has thorough knowledge of Salesforce, Maxon products, services and pricing policies
- Have a general knowledge of the other competitors in the industry, as well as how their products compare to Maxon’s
- Regularly reports activity and forecast reports on status of accounts and transactions
- Minimal business travel or work outside office required
- Keeps up to date and adheres to sales guidelines and ensures compliance to applicable laws and policies
- Other tasks as assigned
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of Sales experience, responsible for full-cycle sales to Mid-Market or Enterprise accounts in a B2B selling environment
- Business curiosity, listening skills and problem solving skills to collaboratively find solutions to customer challenges and earn trust
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Global mindset, comfortable working with cross-regional, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. Experience in an international corporate environment preferred

Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building trusting customer and internal working relationships
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system
- Basic skills knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar
- University degree in a relevant discipline(preferred)
- Experience selling to, or working in, the Media & Entertainment industry a plus
