Paid Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do:
We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to scale growth for Maxon’s industry-leading 3D products. You’ll own performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Video/Display, driving measurable impact on revenue, ROAS, and LTV:CAC.
- Own and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video)
- Develop strategies to scale revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC efficiency
- Manage and allocate budgets based on performance and growth opportunities
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Run structured experiments (creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages)
- Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance
What we are looking for:
- 3+years in Paid Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Proven track record delivering revenue and ROAS targets
- Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and/or video/display platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience with software or subscriptions a plus
- Fluency in English (German a strong plus)
Salary Range*:
62-74 k EUR annually
