An Individual contributor responsible for driving Maxon’s eCommerce growth and effectively increasing Sales.

• Define the vision for eCommerce growth at Maxon. Spread a data driven eCommerce growth mindset across multiple departments: engineering, product, marketing, sales, finance, etc. Participate in ensuring KPIs are set during planning and properly reviewed as follow-up to achieve business impact. Stay abreast of industry best practices and standards
• Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns
• Utilize customer data tools to monitor and analyze website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance business performance

• 4+ years driving eCommerce growth
• A passion for Engineering excellence and quality with a business understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, related technical field with good business understanding, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in running a/b tests, google analytics with Salesforce understanding preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas
