What you will do:
As a Program Manager at Maxon, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to providing cutting-edge software tools for 3D design, motion graphics and visual effects. From the renowned Cinema 4D modeling and animation technology to the revolutionary editing capabilities of Red Giant and the industry-leading sculpting powers of ZBrush, Maxon empowers artists worldwide in bringing their visions to life.
Our Program Management team plays an instrumental role in delivering products that create stunning visual effects in top feature films, TV shows, commercials, enhance game cinematics, and generate compelling architectural visualizations. If this kind of creativity inspires you, let’s talk.
- Coordinate concurrent programs, varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several teams, geographies and organizations
- Communicate up, down, and across teams to build and maintain alignment among stakeholders and partners
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders at various levels of the organization to build effective and trusted working relationships, maintain alignment and drive the right outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define plans, schedules, and drive alignment
- Identify risks and dependencies and engage with the right partners to generate mitigation plans
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report status on a regular basis to provide project clarity and transparency at various levels of the organization
- Aggregate, organize, and synthesize information in order to communicate with extended team and management; generate audience-targeted materials that can be consumed at various levels of the organization
- Drive alignment on process to optimize workflows, improve efficiency and release quality
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex software projects
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and follow through
- A self-motivated, proactive individual with a strong focus on process and metrics and a bias toward action
- An excellent communicator able to build relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders at different levels of the organization in a globally distributed team environment
- A strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and/or Scrum methodologies
- Experience identifying and managing complex technical dependencies
- Prior experience working in creative industries or with 3D technologies is a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
