Accountant (m/f/d)

What you will do:

  • Manage the daily revenue reconciliation and resolve variances
  • Prepare and reconcile the recognized and deferred revenue. Analyze and report on the revenue and address any variances
  • Ensure that customer payments are collected through an established procedure
  • Prepare and lead an AR Review of current outstanding AR with head of finance weekly
  • Journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

What we are looking for:

  • 4 year degree in accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or NetSuite are a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly efficient and accurate skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with other people
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced virtual team environment
  • Ability to be poised and polished under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
