Technical Support Professional for 3D applications and rendering (m/f/d)

  • Location: Bad Homburg (Metropolitan Area Frankfurt), Germany

What you will do:

  • You will provide friendly technical support to Maxon’s customers, focusing on installing plugins, troubleshooting issues, answering product questions and updating support resources
  • You’ll learn more about an industry that is shaping the way people create digitally — you’ll be helping designers, editors and artists daily
  • You’ll also collaborate with a global team of support specialists who have combined decades of experience with 3D applications and visual effects

What we are looking for:

  • Two years of experience using Redshift and Cinema 4D
  • Two years of technical support experience such as IT help desk, call center technical support or product support
  • Proficiency with an additional 3D host application used with Redshift such as Maya, Houdini, or Blender
  • Proficiency with Office365, web browsers, Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience working in a studio setting and understanding of artist and technical workflows is a plus
  • The ability to exceed expectations of customers in a positive and solution-oriented way
  • Enthusiasm to deliver assistance through multiple channels, including tickets and chat
  • The drive to continue learning our products’ features and workflows as the industry changes
  • The desire to make fans out of our customers, sharing their feedback with your supervisor and other departments as necessary
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
