Sales Development Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do:

As our Sales Development Manager, you will lead and grow a team of SDRs who help drive our continued growth by delivering superior digital creative tools for filmmakers, editors, motion designers, and visual effect artists.

  • Manage a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound lead activities in North America and Europe
  • Recruit, hire and coach new team members to help fuel our continued growth
  • Collaborate with functional leaders (sales, marketing, etc.) on strategies to build pipeline and achieve territory goals
  • Optimize outbound processes, cadences and campaigns to help SDRs refine their delivery of the sales pitch to achieve the best results
  • Establish relevant performance metrics and expectations for pipeline creation
  • Help create a fun and high energy team environment where people enjoy the work and have an opportunity to learn and grow

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years successfully managing outbound and inbound sales development reps in the B2B software industry
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
  • Experience developing and managing a technology enabled, metrics driven organization
  • Proficiency using and sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Enthusiastic coach who enjoys motivating, mentoring, and developing the talent on their team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred
  • Prior sales experience in a closing role is a plus
  • Experience working with or in a creative industry a plus
