Program Manager (m/f/d)

Maxon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate the planning and execution of Maxon Marketing initiatives, and optimize internal Marketing processes for scalability and smooth delivery.

What you will do:

  • Manage multiple concurrent medium to large-scale projects and balance competing priorities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing tools and processes; recommend, implement and document scalable internal processes
  • Create project plans and drive deliveries ensuring that milestones and requirements are met
  • Cross-functional coordination to manage dependencies and ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives
  • Effectively manage changes by partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, changes are communicated, and plans are adjusted to align with goals and requirements
  • Identify risks, proactively drive risk mitigation plans, and remove roadblocks
  • Report project status clearly and transparently to a broad group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Drive alignment on process to optimize workflows, improve efficiency and release quality products
  • Facilitate communication across teams and departments to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the software or digital content creation industry
  • Experience building frameworks and processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and follow through
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • An excellent communicator able to build relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders at different levels of the organization in a globally distributed team environment
  • A solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and/or Scrum methodologies
  • Experience identifying and managing complex dependencies
  • Prior experience working in creative industries or with 3D technologies is a strong plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
