What you will do:

• Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux Servers on virtualized environments.
• Monitor, provision and administer Windows Domains, onboard/offboard users per procedures.
• Manage and administer local Cisco network infrastructure, switches, access points and data centers environments.
• Provide level I/II support for end user and end user equipment, servers, networks, and related services.
• Monitor and manage security and system events of the on-premises systems using PRTG.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, accurately diagnose, resolve or escalate problems to Senior staff.
• Support and assist in the evolving Maxon IT architecture expansion, document change adequately.
• Manage and administer the helpdesk, assets management & provide mentoring to IT support staff
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a high quality of service

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent or at least 7 years of relative recent experience.
• Very good command of virtualized environments on VMWare, SAN/NAS Storages administration.
• At least 3 years of recent working experience in Windows active directory administration, user administration, GPO, AD monitoring, Backup, Windows Server administration, O365 administration, PRTG, PowerShell.
• Good command of Linux administration with 3+ years of relevant experience would be a clear asset.
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure, Server hardware setup, network L2 administration, TCP/IPstack understanding, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching and VLANs, IT Security & Firewall ACL administration
• Relevant experience with any of Zendesk, Confluence, Spam Titan, Windows Defender, Antivirus suites Administration, Veeam, Cisco CCNA will be a plus
• A Self-motivated and detail-oriented, time-management skill and a great ability to adapt, prioritize and work under pressure while being flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Valid Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Comptia or role relevant certification will be a big plus and advantage
• Fluent written and spoken German and English communication skills is a must
