HRIS Administrator (m/f/d)
- Location: Bad Homburg (Metropolitan Area Frankfurt), Germany
What you will do:
- Partners with management and HR staff to identify HRIS needs, improvements and enhancements; recommends solutions
- Implements and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
- Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, tests and reports
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries and performs statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data
- Documents processes, identifies HR concerns and designs new HRIS processes
- Maintains knowledge of technology advancements, trends and developments in HRIS market
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and training and guidance to HRIS users
- Ensures the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator in a related industry with strong knowledge of HRM systems, such as Workday HCM, Criterion HCM, Rexx, and PurelyHR
- Knowledge of human resource policies and procedures is required to ensure that the HRIS meets the needs and goals of the organization
- Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, train staff and keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
- Advanced proficiency in database management , running SQL queries and knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English and German and a hands-on mentality
