Maxon Computer is looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager, reporting to the Leader of our Digital Marketing Strategy. Collaborating with all marketing functions (content, events, social, forums, partnerships, training) etc.), you will develop campaigns in support of the various initiatives. You will also partner with Sales and Sales Development to create a closed loop process to measure and evolve customer interactions that convert to revenue.

What you will do:

  • Own the email campaign strategy and execution process to increase engagement with prospects and community through autoresponder campaigns, triggered and transactional emails, re-engagement campaigns, and other marketing automation
  • Implement segmentation best practices using data and behaviors such as past email engagement, website interactions, subscriber interests, and conduct A/B testing for ongoing optimization
  • Develop and distribute weekly email performance reports across campaigns and journeys
  • Deliver campaign briefings/trainings to Sales Development and Sales prior to campaign release
  • Make recommendations and coordinate efforts to improve data quality and monitoring for campaigns to allow for successful email delivery

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing, advertising, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of global demand generation, lifecycle and/or email marketing
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy requirements
  • Ability to build integrations, and develop dynamic/personalized experiences utilizing HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
  • Familiarity with modern MarTech stack, CRM, and social tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach etc.)
  • Exceptional English communication (written and oral) & collaboration skills, German language skills are a plus
