Das bekannte englischsprachige CINEMA-Portal C4D Cafe veröffentlicht einen sehr umfangreichen Testbericht zu CINEMA 4D R10.5.

Anders als die heute häufig sehr kurzen Testberichte zu Softwareprodukten, finden Sie im C4D Cafe einen sehr ausführlichen Testbericht zur aktuellen Release 10.5 von CINEMA 4D. In sehr detaillierter Weise geht der Autor hier auf die vielen Neuerungen ein und erklärt diese.

"If you are into character animation, then upgrading to 10.5 is a no-brainer and you should order it without hesitation. ...We can imagine anyone who is into architectural visualization would probably upgrade to 10.5 just to get XRefs. Similarly, anyone into motion graphics would probably find the MoGraph enhancements a good reason to upgrade. Then there are a smattering of other enhancements that would be useful to all users."

Aber auch der große Umfang des Updates bleibt nicht unerwähnt:

"There's quite a bit in the 10.5 upgrade and a lot more than is apparent just by reading the "What's new in 10.5" list. There is also a lot more in the 10.5 upgrade than was in the 9.5 upgrade, hence our 10.5 review is a lot longer."
