TV Spots for the HELIO Ocean Device

Grégoire Poget of Tetsoo Productions was asked by Helio to make three TV commercials for the release of the new Helio Ocean device.

Helio was given only a rough brief for the first spot: A description of 3 characters building the new Helio Ocean device, and some basic actions.



Since this was only a very rough description, Grégoire had the chance to propose a design for the characters and ideas for the development of the animation. He was new to character animation and completed 90% of the project by himself. Therefore it was quite a challenge for him to deal with 3 animated characters in the same scene. Thanks to CINEMA 4D's ease of use and Grégoire's creativity a single presentation was enough to win the client's trust for every aspect of the development of the project.



The spots were all modeled and rendered using CINEMA 4D. Post-production was done using After Effects.
