CINEMA 4D Helps Rosto A.D. Win Grand Prix at Critics' Week in Cannes

The short film "Jona/Tomberry" by filmmaker Rosto A.D. was awarded with the Grand Prix Canal+ at the Critics' Week Award Ceremony in Cannes. The Jury referred to the film as a "unique and obvious winner".

"CINEMA 4D helped us to realize the special look of 'Jona/Tomberry'. The atmosphere in the entire movie is extremely important for the telling of the story and the direct connection between CINEMA 4D and Adobe After Effects allowed us to achieve that" said Rosto, the director and co-producer of the award-winning film.

His Amsterdam-based studio, Rosto A.D, created the 2D/3D animation of Jona/Tomberry with CINEMA 4D and After Effects. After Cannes, the film will compete at the international Animation Festival Annecy and in the Animation Theatre of Siggraph 2005.
