Not only Bernd the Bread bets on CINEMA 4D ...or „In space, nobody can hear you say @¡#§?!!.Ò

Three women and eleven men are turning the German comedy scene on its head. Shows, movies, series, advertising and great kids stuff - none are safe from this crew!

The trashy super-8 clip to Stefan Raab's (popular German comedy show host) triple-gold „Maschendrahtzaun", the „Böörti Vogt's 98" (Germany's national football team trainer) video or the images to the remix version of the „Derrick" (popular German TV-detective) theme music and many more are being turned out by bumm film in Southern Germany - and CINEMA 4D is part of it all!

bumm film has created some of the best-known characters on the German television landscape with puppets such as „Chili the Sheep", „Briegel the Bush" and „Bernd the Bread" for the KI.KA children's channel. In addition, shows such as „Saturday Night News, RTL", „The Schoenberger Show, ZDF" or „The Ingo Appelt Show, Pro7" have contributed to bumm film's success.

Let's get back to Bernd and his friends and foes. The newest DVD takes the viewer to outer space:

Space, the final frontier. Aboard the vessel „USS Bumblebee Bush" are Captain Briegel, Lieutenant Chili and Mr. Bread, awaiting their orders from the star alliance - which arrive quicker than expected! Götz the Merciless (Captain Briegel's self-proclaimed arch-enemy #1) has fled the dungeon-dimension and is on the hunt for the Bumblebee. A duel of galaxies involving thugs, ragged headhunters and has-been superheroes ensues.

CINEMA 4D helped bring this slap-stick outer space adventure, known as Chili TV, to life. bumm film not only created numerous 3D animations with the help of CINEMA 4D, they also used CINEMA 4D to model numerous sets for the space ship which were then used by set builders to build the actual sets.
A render farm consisting of 15 CINEMA 4D Net-Render clients made sure the scenes created in CINEMA 4D turned out film-ready images.

„Three for Robin Hood" is another example of CINEMA 4D at work. Various effects and animation elements, which made for lots of excitement and action in Sherwood Forest, were created using CINEMA 4D.
