European Central Bank (ECB)

First prize for the design of the new ECB was won by Laublab using CINEMA 4D for visualisation.

The competition for the ECB was open to international bidding. In total, around 80 well-known architects were chosen to present their designs for the first phase.

11 winners were chosen from this first phase to present a refined version of their designs in the 2nd phase.

The Vienna company Coop Himmelblau won convincingly against such renowned names as Rem Koolhaas, Sir Norman Foster, Frank O. Gehry, and walked away from the 2nd phase with the first prize.



Stefan Laub used CINEMA 4D to create the projects's high-quality visualisations, which helped in the achievement of this positive result.
