A good base for waterdrops or condensation.
I used it by duplicating the intended surface and enlarging it just a touch, and applying the shader to the new object. But you may find it more useful directly on the intended surface. You'll need to try some different mapping settings depending on the desired effect, as well as size, highlight settings, sky reflection and environment settings. It should get you started though.
