This shader is for generating the generic grate pattern procedurally
X-Count: The number of cross pieces in the X direction.
Y-Count: The number of cross pieces in the Y direction.
X-Width: The width of the border in the X direction.
Y-Width: The width of the border in the Y direction.
S-Width: The width of the cross pieces.
