So I really screwed up on breakfast one morning, and got the idea for this shader... Actually it's an attempt at a burnt log look with some flame still glowing out from the cracks. This look relies heavily on aligning the shader layers identically on a highly subdivided surface. This downloadable version has not been done with subdivision to save bandwidth. When you download this file to have a look, the first thing you should do is subdivide the torus and sphere by a factor of 3!!! |
